Please Note (to complete your application)

  • Application will not be processed without payment of dues. Click here to review the membership dues structure.
     
  • Please check with your sales department to determine the appropriate level of dues. All dues payments are kept strictly confidential.
     
  • 10-12 card or stationery product samples (in finished form, no prototypes) are required for approval of Regular Membership, Affiliate Membership, and International Membership.  Please also include the suggested retail price for each.
     
  • A catalog or promotional brochure is required for approval of Associate Membership.
     
  • Dues are not deductibe as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Membership dues are, however, deductible for most members as ordinary and necessary business expense.
     
  • Membership is contingent upon Board approval.
