The Greeting Card Association (GCA) is the U.S.-based trade organization representing greeting card and stationery publishers, as well as suppliers to the industry.

GCA’s members account for approximately 95 percent of the 7 billion greeting cards sold in the U.S. every year, accounting for more than $7.5 billion in annual retail sales.
