He is one of the developers of current Creative Problem Solving methodology, an author of more than 60 books, chapters and articles on creativity, mental imagery and problem solving. He is a world-class facilitator and trainer in organizational innovation and growth, and an accomplished tennis player and sports performance coach

Collette P. Eccleston, PhD

Collette is a collaborative leader adept at solving problems using behavioral science theory and methods and quantitative skills. Collette has over 15 years of experience conducting research, in academia and the private sector. In her current role as the leader of the Pragmatic Brain Science practice at LRW, she applies behavioral science theory and methods to provide solutions to a wide range of business and organizational challenges. Previously, she was a professor of psychology at Syracuse University where her research and teaching addressed diversity, stereotypes, identity and emotion. She has published research on these topics in leading psychology journals.

Collette received a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Erin Swenson Gorrall

As the Head of Communications Planning at MediaHub MullenLowe, Erin leverages all types of research to truly understand what motivates the consumer. She is always keeping the consumer’s relationship with media in mind. Erin believes that great ideas start with an unexpected human insight that will change the trajectory of the campaign and give our clients an unfair advantage. Over her career, she has worked on a variety of brands, including MINI Cooper, Burger King, and Royal Caribbean. Erin has built a proprietary research practice within MediaHub called Scout, and she and colleague Blake Winfree created the 25Forty Project, which connects agencies with high school students who might otherwise not learn about the career potential of advertising and creativity.

Samantha Stead

A specialist in consumer insight and product development with more than 20 years of international experience, and a qualified facilitator and trainer of Creative Problem Solving. She is a former vice president in international direct-to-consumer publishing business, and has extensive experience in leading organizational change and transforming business performance. Samantha is also an author and speaker on innovation and the impact of CPS-based consumer insight on marketing, product and service development. She is a SamanSpecialist in the design and application of non-traditional research approaches that enable organizations to create competitive edge

Victoria Venturi is the Founder and Creative Director of Paper Epiphanies, a paper and lifestyle brand that empowers women. In just 4 short years, Victoria has grown Paper Epiphanies from an idea to a global brand. Paper Epiphanies is a two-time Louie Award winner and can be found in over 800 stores globally. Prior to launching Paper Epiphanies, Victoria was a marketing and publicity executive for over a decade – launching successful campaigns for agencies, television networks and big brands including FOX®, American Idol, GLEE, Disney®, Nickelodeon®, Warner Bros.®, Hilton Hotels and more. Before entering the corporate world, Victoria tried her hand at
stand-up comedy. Much of that comedic writing now lives within the walls (and cards) of Paper Epiphanies. Victoria resides in Portland, Oregon with her husband, their 10 month-old daughter and a corgi named Twinkie.
