Collette is a collaborative leader adept at solving problems using behavioral science theory and methods and quantitative skills. Collette has over 15 years of experience conducting research, in academia and the private sector. In her current role as the leader of the Pragmatic Brain Science practice at LRW, she applies behavioral science theory and methods to provide solutions to a wide range of business and organizational challenges. Previously, she was a professor of psychology at Syracuse University where her research and teaching addressed diversity, stereotypes, identity and emotion. She has published research on these topics in leading psychology journals.

Collette received a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Over her career, she has worked on a variety of brands, including MINI Cooper, Burger King, and Royal Caribbean. Erin has built a proprietary research practice within MediaHub called Scout, and she and colleague Blake Winfree created the 25Forty Project, which connects agencies with high school students who might otherwise not learn about the career potential of advertising and creativity.
