Cancellations:

All cancellations must be received in writing to GCA via email or fax by 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. A refund less an administrative fee of $250 per registration will be issued if received by this deadline. Due to financial obligations incurred by GCA, no refunds, regardless of the reason, will be issued on cancellations received after August 28, 2019. Payments for cancelled registrations cannot be carried over to future GCA conferences. However, substitutions from the same company will be permitted for this conference at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty. ALL refunds will be processed after the conference.
