• Children under the age of 16 are not allowed
• No strollers or rolling carts allowed
• To maintain the integrity of this wholesale market, onsite sales and delivery of merchandise are strictly prohibited. All orders must be shipped.
• The exhibitor must grant permission before photographing their product or display.
• No smoking is permitted on showroom floors, in stairwells or in elevator lobbies. Smoking is allowed only in approved outdoor spaces.
• No pets allowed. Only licensed service animals are permitted at *Noted + Gifted.

1. Photography: Attendee grants GCA the right to use Attendee’s name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the show, for marketing purposes.
2. Badges: GCA reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason. GCA and its contractors may refuse admission and revoke your badge at any time. All show attendees and exhibiting personnel must provide a matching valid government issued photo ID upon request. The sharing, reproduction, transfer, or resale of badges is not permitted. 
3. Lead Retrieval: Exhibitors and Sponsors at *Noted + Gifted may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and GCA will no longer be in control of how your information is used.
4. Attendee expressly assumes, and releases GCA and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation, presence or sampling of any products at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease or from any sampled products) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her person or property.
5. Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with applicable CDC, state and local health official guidelines relating to all current health and safety measures and protocols (including those related to COVID, if any) required by GCA and the venue for attendance at *Noted + Gifted. GCA reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to any such health and safety measures or other protocols for attendance at the event.
6. Code of Conduct: By registering, attending, and/or participating in any GCA event, you agree to abide by GCA’s Code of Conduct. At GCA Events and in our virtual environments, it is our top priority to ensure a safe, healthy, discrimination-free atmosphere that values all individual of diverse age, ethnicity, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or any other group identity. If you see something, say something – please promptly report behavior in breach of GCA’s Code of Conduct to a GCA staff or board member.
7. Non-Solicitation: Sales, marketing, or any solicitation activities by attendees are prohibited. Attendees may not engage in activities at the event that detract from exhibitors’ ability to conduct business, including but not limited to: 
   1. advertising their products or services to exhibitors or attendees 
   2. requesting samples or asking questions of exhibitors for undisclosed purposes 
   3. photographing or recording products or booth displays without the consent of the exhibitor 
   4. attempting to sell products or services to exhibitors or fellow attendees 
   5. distributing any samples, products, flyers, catalogs, or other materials
