Noted: The Greeting Card Expo is a new event designed with greeting card makers in mind. It’s the only event in the U.S. built by the greeting card industry, for the greeting card industry. And it is coming to San Francisco in May, 2020. We are very excited to be hosting Noted in a new location for 2020!

The newest show in our industry, *Noted: The Greeting Card Expo®, brought over 150 publishers and our retailer colleagues to Brooklyn, NY to show their support for the greeting card community and share their latest products. Make plans to join us in San Francisco, CA for Noted 2020 May 1 – 3. Show off your new products, and rake in the orders, just in time for Christmas buying!
GCA Noted 2020 Admission Policies
Admission to NOTED 2020 is complimentary to qualified attendees (card buyers/ retailers, card sales reps) who register prior to the show here and supply proof of their role in the greeting card industry. If you have created an account online to register for Noted in past, please use the same login credentials. You can also fill out the PDF form here.
For complimentary entrance, attendees will be required to email a business card, or other supporting documentation, indicating their role as a:
- BUYER or RETAILER, who is actively involved with the selection and purchasing of greeting cards/ stationery products or
- SALES REPRESENTATIVE, who showcases and sells greeting cards/ stationery products to businesses.
If a business card is not provided, we will be contacting you for verification. If proof is not provided, this may result in your registration being cancelled. Please email a business card or proof of your role to email@example.com.
General Attendees – Everyone is welcome at Noted! The general attendees are the makers, publishers, artists, and suppliers that want to explore Noted and join in the community without their own space. Join us and talk to your peers, attend educational sessions, meet with your existing customers in the lounges. We ask you to refrain from selling products or services to our exhibitors and attendees and please ask you to respect these restrictions. We encourage you to network and explore but respect the investment each of the exhibitors has made to bring our community together.
- GCA Member, Publisher, Designer/ General Attendee fee: $300
- Non-member, Publisher, Designer/ General Attendee fee: $400
- GCA Member, Greeting Card Industry Supplier Attendee fee: $1,000
- Non-member, Greeting Card Industry Supplier Attendee fee: $1,250
We will ask you to supply information to allow us to properly register you, such as a business card, website, or license, to indicate your role in the greeting card industry. We do require you to pay in advance as it is difficult and time-consuming to verify your business on the day of the event. We want you to enjoy the community and network right away rather than delaying your entrance to the event.
If you would like to register multiple individuals, please create a new account with a unique email address for each individual, or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subsequent registrants’ information.
If you created an account to register for Noted in past, please use the same login credentials. You can use the “forgot password” option or email email@example.com for your credentials.
All exhibitor personnel registration will be handled through the online Exhibitor Portal beginning in January 2020.
Cancellations: Due to financial obligations incurred by GCA, no refunds, regardless of the reason, will be issued on registration cancellations. Payments for cancelled registrations cannot be carried over to future GCA events. However, substitutions will be permitted for this event at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty. For substitutions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Event Registration Information Sharing: The names of participants registered for GCA events may be shared with fellow attendees and GCA members, including participant contact information. By registering for the event, participants agree to share their name and contact information with fellow event attendees, sponsors/exhibitors and GCA members in order to facilitate networking among parties. Additionally, by registering, participants give permission to use photographs and videos in which they may appear for marketing purposes, including social media marketing.
