DENVER, CO (September 18, 2023) – Thinking of You Week, sponsored by the non-profit Greeting Card Association (GCA), is September 18 – 24, 2023, and is a weeklong observance that encourages people to send cards or letters to someone, just to let them know, “I’ve been thinking about you.” During this time, mail-senders and note-writers are encouraged to take some time to write and send (or give in person) a card or letter that’s personal and heartfelt.

Thinking of You Week first began in 2014 in the United Kingdom and was spearheaded by the UK’s Greeting Card Association. Thinking of You Week has continued to grow in popularity each year, with more and more people and organizations getting involved. The US Greeting Card Association brought “Thinking of You Week” to the United States in 2018. It’s now also celebrated in Australia and New Zealand.

This year, the focus of the 2023 Thinking of You Week is the Thinking of You Week Challenge to send 7 cards to 7 people in 7 days. Help promote the event and challenge with free, and downloadable assets through the Thinking of You Week Toolkit including:

  • Social media posts and story graphics
