This fall, greeting card and stationery industry members from across the country gathered in downtown Detroit for an exciting three-day event hosted by Avanti Press.

GCA’s Greeting Card Conference (previously known as the Workshop + Retreat) brings together industry leaders, innovators, and creators for a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow.

Held at the iconic Westin Book Cadillac Hotel, this event is designed for greeting card publishers, industry suppliers, sales representatives, and select retailers. Whether you’re a small indie publisher or part of a large, established company, attendees had the chance to engage with fellow professionals, discover new ideas, and gain valuable insights into the future of the greeting card industry.

Since its founding in 1941, the GCA has supported greeting card publishers across North America, representing over 230 companies. The Greeting Card Conference is one of three signature events hosted by the GCA each year. This year’s conference offered an enriching experience with:
