*Noted brings together creative makers and brands with wholesale buyers. All-inclusive, move-in-ready spaces make it easy for exhibitors to maximize time selling, not setting up. Programs and activations engage buyers, and the show’s welcoming layout delights buyers with discoveries at every turn.  

*Noted is open to GCA Members only. Your membership will need to be active at the time of *Noted in February 2026. Join GCA now and get membership through 2026!

Exhibit Space Pricing and Inclusions

Booth Size: 5’x5’, 5’x10’. 5x’15’
Booth Prices: All prices and corner fees are exclusive to *Noted brands only and are only offered within this area to GCA members. 

  • 5’x5’: $2,300
  • 5’x10’: $4,000 
  • 5’x15’: $6,000 

*Note: there is a $300 fee for a corner space

Booth Inclusions: 

  • 8 ft high white walls
  • 3.2 ft return walls 
  • 1 parcan light 
  • One chair 
  • One wastebasket 
  • Black Carpet 
  • One booth sign 
  • NY NOW Online & Mobile App with lead scanning 

Additional Information

  • *Noted can be thought of as a show-within-a-show at NY NOW. 
  • Exhibitors must be a GCA member at the time of signing up AND at the time of NY NOW in order to be able to exhibit.
  • There are 71 booth spaces. 
  • *Noted has a prime location on the NY NOW floorplan within the Gift & Lifestyle neighborhood. 
  • The *Noted area will be distinguished by overhead signage, special Booth ID signs and will be accessible from multiple cross aisles with convenience from the show’s Central Hub, Main Aisle and several activation zones. 
  • You can choose your booth # when signing up and spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • *Noted will include a 200 sq foot lounge in the center programmed specifically for *Noted programs and activities.
