Noted brings together creative makers and brands with wholesale buyers. All-inclusive, move-in-ready spaces make it easy for exhibitors to maximize time selling, not setting up. Programs and activations engage buyers, and the show’s welcoming layout delights buyers with discoveries at every turn.  

Requirements to Exhibit with Noted:

  • Must be a GCA member and in active standing (Join GCA now and get membership through 2027!)
  • You must exhibit at least 50% greeting cards

Exhibit Space Pricing and Inclusions

Booth Size: 4’x10′, 4’x20′, 4’x30′, 4’x40′
Booth Prices: All prices and corner fees are exclusive to *Noted brands only and are only offered within this area to GCA members. 

  • 4’x10′: $3,312
    • Note: We do have a limited option for new brands (exhibited at 2 or less tradeshows) where you can share a 4’x10′ space with another brand and the cost is $1,656.
  • 4’x20’’: $6,624
  • 4’x30′: $9,936 
  • 4’x40′: $12,248

Corner Fee: $315 (subject to availability)

Package Includes

  • 8′ high customizable hardwalls: may be painted and nailed into
  • Booth carpet
  • 1 chair and 1 wastebasket (upon request)
  • Booth identification sign
  • Booth lighting
  • Pre-show booth vacuuming
  • Drayage

Additional Information

  • Noted can be thought of as a show-within-a-show at NY NOW. 
  • Exhibitors must be a GCA member at the time of signing up AND at the time of NY NOW in order to be able to exhibit.
  • Noted has a prime location on the NY NOW floorplan within the Gift & Lifestyle neighborhood. 
  • The Noted area will be distinguished by overhead signage, special Booth ID signs and will be accessible from multiple cross aisles with convenience from the show’s Central Hub, Main Aisle and several activation zones. 
  • You can choose your top 3 booth #s when signing up and the committee will work to put you within one of those 3 spaces.
  • Noted will include a lounge in the center programmed specifically for Noted programs and activities.
