Greeting card designer and GCA member Emily McDowell, a specialist when it comes to nontraditional sympathy cards, does her best to offer consumers the perfect card for those times that don’t fit neatly into our standard occasion categories. Going a step further, Emily and Kelsey Crowe, PhD have teamed up to offer a compilation of many of her helpful ideas. The book is entitled There Is No Good Card For This: What To Say And Do When Life Is Scary, Awful, And Unfair To People You Love.
