2022 Noted @ *Noted Greeting Card Competition Winners Announced
April 28, 2022 (San Francisco, CA) – The Greeting Card Association (GCA) announced the winners in the third annual Noted @ *Noted Products Awards Competition. The awards ceremony marked the kickoff of the industry’s annual greeting card focused tradeshow, *Noted: The Greeting Card Expo, held in San Francisco’s Fort Mason Center April 28 and 29, 2022.
To keep the focus on fresh design, all entries needed to be released on or after January 1, 2022. This year’s competition received 145 entries.
A small but incredibly esteemed group of judges reviewed the entries: Audrey Woollen, founder and creative director of Urbanic Paper Boutique; Chandra Greer, owner of GREER Chicago; Chelsea Shukov, co-founder of Sugar Paper; Daniel Collier, danielrichards; and Sarah Schwartz, editor of Stationery Trends and The Paper Nerd. The first round of entries was reviewed virtually, while the physical cards were reviewed by the judges in the final round to select the winners.
“This competition is in its third edition, but for 2022, it is the first time winners were announced in person and off a screen,” enthused Schwartz. “To say that our community was thrilled to be able to celebrate these cards and winners in person is an enormous understatement. I am so proud of the winning designs as well as the talented makers behind them. Who knows what sentiments will be written and sent in these cards as they bridge the distances between us all?”
