From the President
It has been a great honor to serve as the president of our Greeting Card Association the last two years. I actually served a little longer than the standard GCA two-year term, because my predecessor, Christy Kaprosy, bowed out a few months early when she left this industry, but suffice to say, it was not the experience I expected back in the halcyon summer days of 2019.
From the Executive Director
The Power of No
The Covid pandemic forced all of us to change our ways of doing just about everything. But with this, it also gave us the opportunity to pause, let go of many things we once felt imperative, and mostly to say “No” when things become too much.
Christy and Jon Asper, Creative Team behind Paper Baristas LLC, are the subject of this month’s Member Spotlight. Learn about the company, their products, and more!

Virtual Workshop & Retreat – September 9th & 10th
The 2021 GCA Workshop & Retreat is about pathways not prescriptions. The pandemic taught us that there is more than one way forward. Over the course of two days, we will gather to exchange frameworks and ideas, transfer knowledge, and explore new solutions to present-day business realities.
