The 30th Annual LOUIE awards are fast approaching, taking place in Brooklyn on May 19th. Based on the success of last year’s event, the awards show will continue to follow a more casual format and feature a fun speakeasy theme. Our team of judges recently convened at NY Now to select our finalists, and they couldn’t have had a more difficult job. I would like to thank everyone for all of their wonderful submissions and all of the judges for helping to select cards that highlight the best that our industry has to offer. I know the enthusiasm from this event will translate into an exciting and memorable LOUIE awards celebration. Look for finalists to be announced by the end of February!
As a friendly reminder, Noted, the first inaugural trade show organized by the greeting card community for the greeting card community, will take place May 18th through May 20th in Brooklyn. We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we already sold more than 50% of the exhibit spaces and excitement is building with top specialty and independent retailers of all sizes who plan to attend.
