The Chicago Tribune interviewed GCA Executive Director, Peter Doherty, about holiday greeting cards and why even in the digital age, people – and millennials in particular – still prefer to take the time to write and send a paper holiday card.

“People were starting to use email as a replacement, but over time they found they weren’t making the same meaningful connection,” he said.
